Scaling:
Reduce the weight of the dumbbells so you can complete the first couple rounds unbroken. Similarly, modify the rope climb to something that requires minimal rest between reps when fresh.

16:14 - Sc (Used a 12ft rope. Did the first round from seated until I could use my legs. The last four rounds were from a normal standing start. Those dumbells were heavy, a lot of localized fatigue. Did 14/1 into the 10 push presses on the first round. Then for the last four rounds did 8/6/1 into the 10 push presses.)

Grip killer, and tougher than expected. Was thinking 3 min/round, which was only achievable in round 1. First two rounds, did 14 HPCs, then broke and the last HPC into unbroken push presses. In rounds 3-5, I took an extra break in HPCs (9-5-1), as I was losing my hold on the dumbbells (even with hook grip)! Rope climbs…well they were completed today, but I am still very mediocre at these. Grip took a toll as well – had to wait a lot between each climb. Only one fail.

didn’t finish I was at my last round when the rope snapped and i fell flat on my back from 15 feet. It is a miracle i didn’t break anything. Chin hit my chest so hard i am still in pain ( chin); messed my right hand. I keep rope outside in the summer. I didn’t know I should change it every year i had it for 8… people: check your ropes regularly… Cryotherapy took 80% of the pain away from me

Globo wod: If you do not have a rope to climb do either 9 towel pullups (throw a towel over the pullup bar and grip both ends together like a rope), 9 strict l-sit pullups, or 12 strict chin ups per round. If no pullup bar is available you can do heavy lat pulldowns. Most globo gyms and many hotel gyms have dumbbells so use them; follow the suggested scaling in the original post if needed.
