Find the Right Fit for Your Team
Half-day CrossFit workshops and the one-day Fundamentals Course build lasting fitness and nutrition habits, and a healthier workforce. Expect lower costs, less absenteeism, and tighter teams.
The two-day CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course builds stamina, readiness, and injury resistance for thousands. Upon successful completion of the course (including passing the L1 exam), a five-year Level 1 Trainer Certificate will be issued, allowing certificate holders to train others. The CrossFit Level 2 Course is the next step, while larger units can scale up through our one-day CrossFit Fundamentals Course (no certificate).
The CrossFit Kids Course teaches safe coaching for ages 3 to 17 and how to launch a CrossFit Kids program. It pairs fitness with fun for lifelong health. Offered as a two-day or one-day course.
The one-day Healthcare Fundamentals course helps physicians apply the methodology with patients, covering nutrition and program use. The aim: less chronic disease, better quality of life.
