These will definitely be the toughest part of the workout for me! It's a lot more difficult to snatch that bar up over my head correctly if it's too much weight. These will be something i'll be spending time working on this year!!! 💪

Went into today thinking it was going to be a sprint, but after the first 7 I called an audible and decided to go for quality. I did the first 7 with 75 then did 15-lb. bar knee snatches for the rest. My hips were feeling tight and those definitely felt like they opened them up a lot.
