From day one at CrossFit BRIO, we introduce nutrition as the foundation of CrossFit, starting with an overview from the "What is CrossFit?" lecture followed by asking questions to understand each athlete's approach to eating. While some are eager to engage, others may need time, so we take a patient, individualized approach. By weaving nutrition into daily conversations and creating a supportive culture, we’ve made it an integral and natural part of our gym community.

Remember, consistency throughout the year matters more than perfection during the holidays, so stay flexible, move when you can, and enjoy the season.
