307 reps as rx’d everything felt heavy and hard today. Kept tripping before I got 4 double unders multiple times each round. Had to break up the 275- low back fatigue.
Dad- beginner/fuddyduddy scaling: 1 round at 45lbs, then 4 rounds at 75lbs, then another set of 25 singles on round 6! 25 singles unbroken each round! But kept adding weight too early and took a bunch of time taking it back off!! 200 reps total.

That was super heavy for me. Outside the weightlifting days, I only used >275 for DL twice in the past 5 years and both were not cardio intensive WODs. All DUs with 1 break. DL unbroken with 225 and then all singles from there. 315 was ugly. I am kind of glad the time ran out :)

Or, Occams razor, they're like the guys in my gym who are always top 10% on normal workouts, but bottom 15% on workouts where we actually have a judge, because suddenly they are kept honest in both standards and rep count.
