unfortunately many cf affiliates are, by this definition, not doing crossfit

I did a chest WOD
-5 Rds Time: 10 DB Chest Press (70); 15 Pushups; 20 Wallballs (14:23)
-100 Pushup Finisher; Every Set Broken=30 Sec Plank (5:32)

Good chest work with some endurance in there.
