That was brutal, especially since I was not feeling this today. Kept a steady pace on burps and just tried to get back on the bar as quick as able. Finished last 6 burps and thrusters of second round at weight 2 after (untimed). Good call for me to use scaled weights as the arthritis in the right elbow was beginning to act up.
Still a lot of reps, especially working around the not amused elbow!!

Thanks everyone! Burpees, yes! Thrusters, yikes! I watched a very helpful "tips" video on YouTube by WodPrep & did a warm up/stretch at the end of Rich Froning's "tips & tricks" video on YouTube which I also watched. All very helpful! I never was good at decimals @Jim. Yes, all 6 rounds- I watched it live yesterday & one of the athletes was like 3 or 5 reps shy, and I was like NOOOO! So I just did.not.stop.

Well, LK, you are correct! I was all smiles until the Thrusters. Also very glad when Dave changed it from BFB to regular. Also, with all due respect to the elite Rx folks, Masters is scaled down weight. If I had tried @ full Rx weight, no way I'd have made it.
