Did someone say burpees!?!🤞🤗
If you select workouts then choose the "workout of the day" tab, it loaded, "explore workouts" tab did not load. Also, you can always check Instagram, the WOD posts there consistently & sometimes earlier.
Champions Club Scaling Notes... kinda
Not sure how many of you guys check the comments on a Rest Day, but the 5:30 session ran about an hour overtime on a 6-minute(ish) workout because of a few points of discussion with the people there. Then, while reflecting on it at the gym for a while, I had the thought to post a few questions on here out of curiosity:
Interesting! 1&2, I adapt for sure. 3, I definitely TRY to adapt to the workout, but limitations, in either equipment, or skills, sometimes dictate that it has to look slightly different, while hitting as close to the intended stimulus as it can, as my skills improve, (or I acquire, or rig equipment) so sometimes we both do a little adapting & meet in the middle(ish).
Dogs---we adapted to the puppy stage, then trained her to adapt to the house.
Guests--little of both, also depends on who is coming over--my family members know to bring sweaters in the winter-we keep our house on the chilly side:)
workouts-I "try to" adapt to the workout---plus I just had x-rays--severe arthritis---bone on bone, no more cartilage and they don't recommend knee replacement yet, so further adaptations may be needed--we'll see.
