Rx’d- 6 feet short of 5 full rounds. Fatigue made my HS walk pretty uncoordinated and a little scary by the end! Squats started fast then used then to catch my breath rounds 2-4. Pushed the last set of squats so I could get a longer break after 25’ of hs walk to try and finish. So close!

shredded my lower palms doing this on pavement, both sides have bad blisters.
Note to everyone: use gloves. My wife grabbed gloves for me starting with round 7.
Will never do them again without.

Nothing to rant about off the top of my head, other than I just noticed I did this in the wrong order. My bad!
WHAT ABOUT THE MOVEMENTS
Squat - squatting, speed, hip flexion, no extra weight
Handstand walk - locomotion in the least efficient way possible, changing orientation, overhead, skill (using gravity)
WHAT ABOUT THE FORMAT
10 minutes almost always means intensity, and here it's assumed you can handstand walk 50 feet in your sleep. Squats are done first as a means to fatigue the handstand walk in a way that is difficult to anticipate until you actually experience it.
TECHNIQUE SCALE
8 rounds of:
2:00 handstand walk progressions/practice
40 squats
CONSISTENCY SCALE
Same format, scale the distance back a bit, and extend out to 15 minutes
INTENSITY SCALE
Sub hs push-up for hs walk, and pick a number that you won't have to break up until around 7 minutes or so.
MY STUFF
I scaled to 15(ish)ft. handstand walk and 15 squats for 12 minutes, and did either 13 or 15 rounds + walk + 11 squats. Almost all handstand walks were unbroken and felt pretty good.
