112 tie break 11:25 Rx. Do not have MU of any kind, but "unofficially" finished 13 pull-overs in the remaining time. Lack of shoulder mobility also (see lack of MU:) ) affected my OH lunges, especially on the left hand. They really required a lot of concentration and took longer than I thought they would. My sucky C2B came together today though and did not suck horribly.
Today I completed CrossFit Open Workout 26.2 in my home gym.
Final score: 73 reps RX.
This workout was tougher than I expected. The combination of overhead lunges, dumbbell snatches and bar work quickly pushed my cardio and legs to the limit. The lunges especially taxed my quads, and by the second round the fatigue was real.
Still, I’m proud of the way the workout unfolded.
My reps stayed solid and controlled throughout the entire WOD. The lunges were stable overhead, the snatches stayed consistent, and even when the clock was about to run out I was still fighting for the last chest-to-bar reps.
That’s what the Open is about.
Not perfect workouts.
But honest effort under pressure.
This year I’m competing in the 65–69 division, training and recording everything from my own gym, and every workout is a reminder that discipline, consistency and love for the process still matter.
Final standings after 26.2 currently place me around the top third worldwide in my age group, which makes the effort even more meaningful.
Now it’s time to recover, reflect, and get ready for the final workout.
The Open continues.

Just remember to keep your core engaged when kipping up and be aggressive turning over at the top.

Felt pretty pathetic to only get 5 BMU's in over five minutes of time. Had several missed reps. The rig wasn't ideal for BMU's, blah, blah, blah no one cares, try harder.
Might try this again in my garage gym when its a little warmer.
Nice work! You got farther with BMUs than I would have.

Besides the last minute boost for the hole-less grips' sales, can someone explain the reason for no grips on the snatches?
The rules explicitly said no gymnastic grips on the snatches. It was true last year and didn't matter, but this year snatches are followed by the pullups and I expect people will be wearing grips. Perhaps you are right, and it may end up being a moot point, but if your grips are with holes it may take some time to get them back on for the pullups. What possible advantage will wearing gymnastic grips during snatches offer?

Awesome job!! Thank you, Luis, for always keeping it honest. Seeing C2B with the chest touching the bar and the MU with an actual lock out at the top are extreme rarity these days.
Thank you Maxim!
Sounds like you're getting an invite to Chance's b'day party, Luis! 😂
Also outstanding job; cruised through another tough one!
