Scaling:
Today’s workout is a classic chipper of 500 reps of 10 movements called the Filthy Fifty. The workout was originally programmed on June 19, 2005. This longer workout is characterized by intermediate-level bodyweight movements and light loads that allow people to keep moving with limited rest. Newer athletes should reduce the volume and use movement modifications that ensure large sets and short rest breaks.

Coaching cues:
The jumping pull-up offers a major dose of intensity while simultaneously building strength, body awareness, and coordination. It’s easily scalable as athletes raise or lower the height of the jump and/or use more or less of their upper vs. lower body, building the strength, stamina, and skill required to master the pull-up.

Globo wod: sorry for the late post. In a Globo environment this may be difficult to do so it's OK to move exercises around to accommodate your gyms setup and traffic. Of course try to go off peak if possible. Dumbbells subs: KB swings- Dumbbell swings with 25/35lb Dumbbell, push presses and wallballs with 15/20 lb dumbbells. bench jumps can be subbed for box jumps. If a GHD isn't available, hip extensions can be done on an extension machine or Roman chair, or sub barbell or dumbbell good mornings (use 35/45lb bar or 15/20lb dumbbells), or supermans. Knees to elbows sub v-ups, double unders sub either jump double taps or tuck jumps. Jumping pullups can be done in a Smith machine on the bar if a pullup bar isn't available. Burpees are burpees.

Slowed down in part by having to wipe bar down every 3-5 K2E to keep from slipping off. No chalk at the gym.
