Always forget how tough farmers carry can get. Totally thought the thrusters would be the crux of the WOD but of course it was totally opposite lol. Glad I pushed to do full 5 rds.

Globo wod: Dumbbell thrusters, OK, we got that. Farmers carries, we need to think outside the globo on this one. Obviously most globos aren't going to let you carry out the dumbbells to a track or outside, so measure a distance on the weight room floor that you can carry the dumbbells. 25 feet is preferable (6 down and backs). 10 feet is doable as well (15 down and backs). Finally if the globo doesn't allow this do a minute dumbbell holds after each thruster set. Metrics guys 100 yds is 100 m give or take a few extra yards.
