Hace mucho no hacía snatch. Ademàs recièn retoma do ritmo desde los 10 días sin entrenar por la gripe. Decidì hacer màs series con subidas màs graduales. Trabajé en el scoop. Las series intermedias las sentí medio raras. Las primeras y las últimas más fluidas. No tengo zapas de levantamiento y estoy entrenando en un departamento con vecinos. No es una excusa. Quiero dejarlo asentado para comparar con futuras situacones en espacios màs propicios, y von zapatos con algo de elevaciòn en el talòn para recibir abajo màs còmodo sobre la cabeza. Agradecido. Sin dolores. Buen entrenamiento.

Lots of component practice prior to those lifts. Even then, after 2 very long days I felt it best to keep it lighter and just practice with more reps. Also, squat snatch is still not one of my favorites.
5 sets, 3 reps at 95#. Worked on form, lots of warmup and drilling component movements.

WORKOUT THEMES
High output followed by a long rest. Testing our capacity to jump, but making stamina be a factor in overall output. Overhead, squatting, and low volume are also factors.

SCALING FOR LIMITING FACTORS
Strength - allow for something like 45 seconds to get all 3 lifts in; which means you can briefly reset in between
Coordination - same format, just sets of like 10 or 12 or something
Flexibility - same reps, just hang out for 5 seconds in the deadlift and 5 seconds in the bottom of the OHS for each rep
Balance - another option other than flexibility scale could be to do the same reps and format, just don't allow your feet to move the entire time
Stamina - don't allow for resting on top or at the hang, sets have to truly cycle 3 reps in a row
MY STUFF
Didn't get to this in time, so I guessed and was not too far off. Did heavy sets of 3s and 1s for deadlift. Worked up to 375 for 1. Not a great day of lifting, but didn't check the box.
