I did 5 total lunges and 9 total lunges each time. Unless it specifies 5 each leg or 9 each leg I always perform the workout that way. It also doesn't say to alternate so if you are wild you could do each lunge with the same side really, which ever way gets the most work done the quickest and safest (technique).

As Rx. Completed in 23:15. I did this one early after running the dog outside hurrying to get it done before we opened presents.
First time trying this one. It’s a fun mix up. I did no warm ups or real stretching. I was super stiff, surprisingly so on the pistols, but all the other movements felt fine and easy.
not sure why the pistols felt so awkward and why I was so stiff but I did no warm ups and didn’t really prep for that so that could be it?
Scaled HSPU to piked push-ups feet on bench (highest platform available) and pistols to bench.

2+ minute PR from last year. Was able to push through the jumping lunges and jumping squats without breaks this time. Broke HSPUs the same (7-4). All the rest unbroken, except for broad jumps where I had to turn around (did this in Mom’s basement). Also had a better setup, so not as much walking
around to get back to the wall.
