  • The CrossFit Nutrition I Course includes nine modules and approximately seven hours of content that take a deep dive into every aspect of nutrition, including information on chronic disease, insulin resistance, critical health markers, food quality and quantity, tactics to make implementation easy, supplements, and more.  
  • Upon registration, you also will receive access to the comprehensive Nutrition I Training Guide. With this resource, you can dig into the science behind CrossFit’s nutrition recommendations and choose from several step-by-step approaches to implement them.
