Step 2: Join A Class
In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals
Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Grass Valley CrossFit is a brick and mortar establishment that started in a racquetball court with all hand built equipment. Since 2013 we have moved 2 times and we are now located in the heart of a historical business plaza with all the space that any large class could ever need. Our staff of coaches have all been working together for several years. While we all have our own style our common mission is to learn and serve our athletes to keep them safe and constantly advancing.
