Step 1: Contact a Gym

Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. At Bayport CrossFit, our mission is simple! To get you fit and healthy, and we have created a fun way to do so. We cater toward the every day person looking to get in great shape. No matter your age, fitness level, or previous experience you will be welcomed with open arms. Our professional coaching staff will modify any movements for you as needed and never push you to do anything you’re not comfortable doing.
