Step 2: Join A Class
In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.
Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals
Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Crossfit Pro1 Montreal open in 2013, in Quebec, Canada. The Founder and head coach Roch Proteau is a full time coach and athlete since 2008. TEAM Pro1 has qualified for the 2014, 2015, 2018, 2019-2021-2022 Crossfit Games. The 7265 SqF facility is open all day every week days as well as long hours during the weekends. Anybody is welcome to execute their own programming during the Open gym all day running along side of other regular services.
