In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

I have been an affiliate owner for 13+ years and my passion is people and helping them to not just learn how to perform the prettiest Clean & Jerk, but to provide a safe place for them to become the best version of themselves. At Helotes CrossFit you will find a professional, loving, and knowledgeable staff along with a very close and inviting community. I am a Dad of 4 amazing kids, a wonderful wife of 26 years and a 22-year career firefighter/paramedic.
