Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class
In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals
Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals
As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. Regular attendance and dedication will help you achieve personal goals and even inspire others. I started pursuing my passion for health and fitness in 1996 after finishing my tour with the Coast Guard in northern California. I have been certified with NASM, NSCA and I am currently a CrossFit level 2 Trainer, CrossFit Kids and USA Weightlifting Advanced Performance Coach. I have over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. My wife, Angela Salveo and I are committed to providing the highest level of service we can to our members and community.
