    In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

    About Us

    We are Spring Hill's first CF gym and longest running to date. We were founded by former military and first responders whose single focus was to make an impact in the immediate world around them, one person at a time. Our goal is to meet you right where you are and help make a plan to get where you want to be. We proudly applaud the inspiring professional or the every day mom or dad just trying to stay ahead of the curve.
