Step 1: Contact a Gym

Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. About Us

Our facility offers individualized workouts for people of all levels. We have a wide demographic at CrossFit nine7, ranging from the everyday go-goer to the élite athlete. No matter what level you are currently at we will have something for you. We run our facility as we are a family. You will be greeted by our amazing coaches staff along with an incredible group of members. Our doors are always open and we would love to have you part of our family.
