Step 1: Contact a Gym

Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. Regular attendance and dedication will help you achieve personal goals and even inspire others. You'll build lasting friendships, cheer each other on, and celebrate milestones together, making CrossFit a place where you belong and thrive.

About Us

We embrace the CrossFit methodology, value hard work and accountability and believe in the power of community. We follow CrossFit.com mainsite programming and maintain our group classes at 12 athletes or fewer. Our team is made up of individuals who have made coaching their full-time profession and who hold CrossFit's highest credentials. We believe that every athlete has untapped human potential, and world-class coaching is what brings it to life.
