Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class
In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals
Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals
As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. Regular attendance and dedication will help you achieve personal goals and even inspire others. From 8 years ago in Coach Karen's living room to our current facility, our first 2 members and now owners Tonia and Chris, continue serving fitness to our local community regardless of age, current fitness level, gender, skill. If you don't know a wall ball from a baseball, we are the place to be! Our friendly and encouraging staff of CF trainers, Nutrition coaches, USA Weightlifting certified coaching, gymnastics, hybrid fitness experience, and many other areas offer something for everyone.
