In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Welcome to Park Side Gym, home of CrossFit Earlsfield in King George Park. We offer expert coaching, varied classes, and a supportive community. Our inclusive training helps you progress every session - just bring integrity and effort. Classes include CrossFit (daily varied workouts), MetCon (strength + cardio, low skill), and MumFit (supportive fitness for new mums).
