Step 1: Contact a Gym

Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. Regular attendance and dedication will help you achieve personal goals and even inspire others. About Us

RX Building is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and home of CrossFit Flatrock. Our mission is to address the metabolic disease and addiction crisis in rural Indiana. Initiatives include athletic training, nutrition coaching, adaptive programs for disabilities, aging support, suicide prevention, and addiction recovery — all using the CrossFit methodology. Sponsored memberships provide access for those in need. Everyone receives professional coaching toward wellness, regardless of your starting point.
