    Step 1: Contact a Gym

    Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

    Step 2: Join A Class

    In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

    Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

    Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

    Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

    As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. Regular attendance and dedication will help you achieve personal goals and even inspire others.     Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete aiming for peak performance, our CrossFit program is designed to challenge and empower you at every fitness level. Crossfit Music City offers nearly 8,000 square feet where working out and hanging out come together to create a sense of real community and belonging for our members. Complete with restrooms and showers; our coffee bar and lounge area is the perfect place to relax, hang out, or check work emails between workouts!
