Step 2: Join A Class
In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals
Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Our class programming consists of different workouts every day, so training is never the same twice. The originally military form of training consists of a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics, athletics and cardio movements. You train strength, endurance and explosiveness with, for example, barbells and kettlebells, but also objects such as tractor tires, sandbags and ropes. The technical part is followed by an intensive training: called the WOD (workout of the day).
