    Step 1: Contact a Gym

    Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

    Step 2: Join A Class

    In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

    Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

    Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

    Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

    As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community.     My Name is Charline, I am French and live in New Zealand and in 2019 CrossFit did change my life for ever. As a CrossFit Affiliate i want to create a sense of belonging to every person walking through the door. No matter your background, your size and shape. My Goal is that no-one would feel as lonely, lost and disconnected as I was feeling growing up.
