    Step 1: Contact a Gym

    Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

    Step 2: Join A Class

    In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

    Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

    Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

    Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

    As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. Regular attendance and dedication will help you achieve personal goals and even inspire others.     At ICEFIT THE BOX, CrossFit is more than fitness—it’s about community, progress, and pushing limits together. In just 1,5 year, we’ve grown close to 800 members, creating an inclusive space for all athletes to challenge themselves and experience world-class coaching. Our programming develops resilient, well-rounded athletes through Olympic lifting, gymnastics, endurance, and high-intensity training—helping you reach your goals, no matter your level.
