Step 1: Contact a Gym

Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. PBTL CrossFit is located in Ipswich QLD. Our goal is to help our local community live happier, healthier lives and we do that through fitness. Within our facility we have an onsite nutritionist, recovery room as well as a highly experienced and qualified coaching team. We pride ourselves on our quality of service, inclusivity and our well-maintained facility. We would love to help you get started in your CrossFit journey and work towards a happier, healthier you :)
