Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class
In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals
Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals
As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. We are the original CrossFit Gym in Coweta County. Justin Key, the head coach has been doing CrossFit since January 9th 2009 when he got hooked after just one workout. A year later he received his L1 and in September of 2010 he and Eddie opened CrossFit Coweta. We strive to offer the best coaching and programming available by utilizing 10's of thousands of hours on the coaching floor, continued education, and a level of care for our clients that is unmatched.
