Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

About Us

We are North Ayrshire and the Garnock Valleys premier CrossFit box and Strength and Conditioning facility with a focus on small group training allowing for the highest level of coaching. These small groups along with the passion of owner Kyle Russell (Director of WOD on the Loch CrossFit Licensed Event) has created an extremely close-knit and welcoming family-like community.
