Step 1: Contact a Gym

Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. Regular attendance and dedication will help you achieve personal goals and even inspire others. About Us

Plus de 60 heures de cours par semaine. Ouverts 7j/7 : du lundi au vendredi de 7h à 20h30, le samedi de 8h à 12h et le dimanche de 9h à 12h. Open Gym toute la journée ! Espace WOD de plus de 400m², espace extérieur avec 2 racks, studio de coaching accessible à tous avec belt squat, hip trust, poulie, leg curl et leg extension, reverse hyper, air runner, etc. Espace chill et coin repas. Vestiaires homme et femme avec douches et WC propres et fonctionnels :)
