Step 1: Contact a Gym

Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. CrossFit Spongers was created to bring a wholesome, values based CrossFit Affiliate with a genuine CrossFit experience to the local communities of Tarpon Springs, Holiday and Palm Harbor. Our mission is to make the greatest impact to improving health and aimed toward eradicating obesity, teaching everyone how to squat, and developing sustainable lifestyle practices to improve health and fitness.
