Step 1: Contact a Gym

Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. CrossFit SoChac is a family owned gym located in South Austin, Texas. We offer nutrition and fitness services through exceptional coaching and efficient classes, as well as providing a clean and organized facility. Our goal is to earn our members’ trust and respect through our high standards of professionalism. We believe that just about anything is possible with a bit of hard work and dedication.
