Step 2: Join A Class
In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.
Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals
Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.
Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals
As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. Regular attendance and dedication will help you achieve personal goals and even inspire others. We originally started as CrossFit Bandera road back in 2012... in 2017 we had a total loss fire and had to relocate which also meant rebranding as we no longer were on Bandera Road... we renamed it CrossFit Born Ready. Our tag line is "Home of Old School CrossFit". We believe in the old school mentality, open air gym, nothing fancy about our box, tons of equipment and space. We've ridden the waves of CrossFit and continue to push forward without hesitation.
