Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.
Step 2: Join A Class
In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.
Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals
Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.
Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals
As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. Regular attendance and dedication will help you achieve personal goals and even inspire others. We believe in CrossFit for all ages, all abilities, and all levels. Our staff will modify workouts to meet you where you’re at, challenge you, and help you reach personal fitness goals. Our affiliate started in September 2016 in a smaller facility across the street under a different name. We re-branded in 2019 and moved to our current space, where we’ve been living the fitness life in and out of the facility! Come join our amazing community.
