Step 1: Contact a Gym

Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. About Us

CrossFit is personal in nature, and performed in coached groups to bring out the best in each and every one of us. We take pride in our coaching excellence and expertise, and are excited to be able to help folks achieve their personal fitness goals in a 5,000 square foot facility that includes a variety of equipment, showers, lofted kids area, and an amazing community of people. All ages and abilities are welcome!
