Step 1: Contact a Gym

Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. Predation (Pre-da-tion): The unifying theme in all classifications of predation is the predator lowering the fitness of its prey by bettering its own fitness, or put another way, it reduces its prey's chances of winning and takes home the prize for itself.   Founded with the idea of helping others stay on top of the food chain and staying fit enough to enjoy life and take care of yourself for as long as possible.
