Step 1: Contact a Gym

Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. About Us

At Telluride CrossFit, we work with athletes to develop strength, fitness, and wellness through bodyweight gymnastics movements, weight training, metabolic conditioning and mobility. Since 2009, we have been working with members of our community and visiting athletes to help them be the very best versions of themselves at our gym in Telluride, CO. Our elevation of 8750 feet is not for the faint of heart!
