Workout of the Day for 220513:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 45 minutes of:

Run 800 meters
10 deadlifts
Run 800 meters
50 sit-ups

♀ 215 lb ♂ 315 lb

Scaling:
This workout requires steady output and pacing. Find a load for the deadlift that is challenging but not so heavy that you’re unable to maintain the points of performance.

Intermediate Option:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 45 minutes of:
Run 800 meters
10 deadlifts
Run 800 meters
50 sit-ups

♀ 175 lb ♂ 255 lb

Beginner Option:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
10 deadlifts
Run 400 meters
30 sit-ups

♀ 95 lb ♂ 135 lb

First round as prescribed for rx

From 2 to almost 4

Changed 800m for 60 sumodeadlift highpull with empty bar


Completed round 3 + 60sdhp, 10 deadlift, 50 abmat situps and 31sdhp.

4+500meters - Rx (Originally did this on 5/23/22. Had to mix up the programming a little to work around my smashed finger. Deadlifts and sit-ups were unbroken. The run that was after the deadlifts were the time sucker.)

Completed it as follows:

800 meter run

10 deadlifts at 175 lbs

800 meter run

50 butterfly sit ups with abmat

Completed

2 full rounds + 800 meter run + 10 deadlifts + 800 meter run + 4 sit ups

Scaled DL to 235#. Sit-ups were butterfly AbMat.

3 rds + 800m + 10 DL + 220m


Finished the rest of round 4 as part of cool down, but didn't check the time.
