Only 1 bar and no DBs or KBs so I subbed pike push-ups for push press. I tested 1 round to see how long it would take to deload and load the bar, but it ended up taking way too much time. Legs are still hurting from Manion, so scaled the DL further than expected (was planning on 245#). I haven't been this sore in a long time.
Yes - my legs are still trashed from Manion. My wife thinks I'm old because of the involuntary noises I'm making getting up and down.
Lotta DOMS here too. I find that with a thorough warm-up, I have no pain during the WOD, and my performance (strength, endurance, etc.) does not seem to be impacted, and then a few hours later, the pain comes back.
