Jeremy did the Hip extension hence including the same muscles group used in the Running.Back extension was there to compliment the situps and use spinal erectors so completely derailed the stimulus of the workout.Hence should not be published to create a confusion among audience though his time was superb

Jeremy was doing hip extensions which are different than the prescribed back extensions.
