Stimulus and Strategy:
Get ready for Open Workout 20.5! You can break up the reps of each movement any way you like — for example, 10 rounds of 4 muscle-ups, 8-calorie row, and 12 wall-ball shots — as long as you complete the total reps of each movement.
If you did this workout in 2020, check your previous score to guide today's effort. If muscle-ups are a challenge, return to the rings on a set schedule rather than waiting until the end. This is a great one to attempt Rx'd even if you don't plan on finishing, as long as you're moving safely.
Intermediate option:
For time, partitioned any way:

♂ 14-lb medicine ball to a 10-foot target
Beginner option:

*My Scheme:
20 sets of:
2 Ring Muscle-ups
6 Wall-balls
Then,
80 Calorie Row
*20 rounds ~ 10:10
*Row ~ 4:10 = ~1100+ Cal/hr
Wow, just wow!
10 rounds de 4 / 8 / 12
Wall ball: 5 kg a 10 ft
Tiempo: 16:55
8 Cal Row
20lb WB
21:02
Partitioned, subbed
10 Rounds
4 CTB pull-ups
4 Ring dips
16 cal row every other round
12 Wallball shots (20#, 10ft)
4 cals into last row at cap, finished the work at 21:20
201018: 1km run then 8 rounds of 5 CTB pull-ups, 5 Ring dips, 15 WBS (20#, 10ft), 18:21
Didn't pay attention to time but this did not turn out how I envisioned it. Heat and humidity played a part (Oct is better than Jul) but I think that I reached a point where the number of transitions added a significant amount of time. I thought keeping it that small will keep it UB and fast, though fast was questionable. My overall fitness, especially stamina, is not what it was in 2020, but I may be tempted to retest this soon with a different partition knowing that I won't be able to go UB on the CTBs or stay UB on the WBS past the first round - chipper style just won't work to beat the cap with my current fitness level.
You did great, brother.
I thought it was interestingly difficult to decide the partition the movements because they were so different, like different levels, so to speak. One high skill, one strength cardio and kinda grunt work, and one monostructural. May be the reason I didn’t try to stick to a strict partition.
My son and I did this one in a partner kinda way. We rotated around stations outside(so hot). I got 30RMUs, he got 18; 120 wall balls each and a combined 114 calories on the rower by the 20min cap. There was some commuting time between the stations but the heat was the main factor.
I guess our scores would be:
Me Rx: 30+120+67 = 217
Son(18) Rx: 18+120+67 = 205
Well done you two!
Nice work, y’all
beginner: 13:38
chest to bar pull ups
rower at 5 difficulty
20lbs medicine ball
Awesome
Rx’d: 225 reps/cals at the cap (25 MUs, 80 cals, 120 WBs).
Finished remaining 15 MUs after the cap, completed all reps at 25:54.
MU sets: 6,5,5,4,3,2 (3,2,3,2,1,1,1,1,1 after cap)
Row sets: 20,20,20,20
WB sets: 25,25,25,25,20
If the stimulus were to do even sets, I would’ve decreased the row and WB sets. However, I exercised my personal freedom and did longer row sets to take a “break” from that other shit. Bad gameplan, but F it.
201018: Subbed Bar MUs and SDLHPs- 18:56
M/ 43y/ 175lbs/ 68”

WBS were 20s then 10s then 5s
F strategy and finesse, great work
F those things like CN said. Great job on this!
