Missed the last two days so I combined the two workouts into:

20 Pistols
12 burpees to a target.
Pistols were scaled to a box but I tried to move the target lower and lower as I went on. Felt really good.

Started at 4:27 for the first round and got as bad as 6:25 by round five before lowering the last two to finish. Such a brutal workout!
