Why CrossFit's Range of Motion Standards Will Keep You Moving for Life
You may think CrossFit's range-of-motion requirements are about rep standards and competition. They're not. Full range of motion is about training your body to handle whatever life throws at you today, tomorrow, and 30 years from now.

5 rounds for time of:
Row 500 m in as few pulls as possible
After each row performed 1 double DBs 15# reverse lunge per each pull taken - instead of 2 double-unders for each pull taken
22:32
4:31/4:21/4:39/4:25/4:37
pulls 30/27/27/26/35
(*) lost my cool/patience in last row😃
QF workout 26.1
9:23 Rx. Everything unbroken. 1st round 4:04. 2nd round 4:19. Most of the time difference in the second round was because I hang power snatched the bar into the first OHS, but squat snatched it in the first round. Could have pushed the burpees a bit more and could have been more spiffy on the first OHS while I was fresher. I just wasn’t sure if I could do unbroken OHS at that weight.
