Stimulus and Strategy:
Today’s workout is a bodyweight triplet. Push the pace as you are able, but be cautious of “hitting the wall.” Pace yourself on the wall walks and chest-to-bar pull-ups, if needed. Pushing to failure on these movements can leave you resting for longer than you’d like. Consider manageable reps that allow you to move through each one of your rounds in 6 minutes or less.

Intermediate option:
3 rounds for time of:
3 wall walks
20 pull-ups
60 double-unders

Beginner option:
3 rounds for time of:
3 inchworms + a push-up from the knees
15 ring rows
60 single-unders

Completed at work with a thicker-than-normal jump rope. I was able to do consistent dubs, but not the long sets I can do with my personal rope at home. I feel like I could’ve shaved a minute or so off with my own rope. Oh well. Nevertheless, tougher than I thought.

120 singles instead of 60 dubs (however, made the first unbroken reps dubs and counted them as singles)

Dubs didn't go well in warmup and they we giving my left achilles tendon a no-so-fresh feeling, so I opted for 2xSUs. Odd, because SUs didn't bother the left at all. WW were full ROM. Broke pull-ups 3 times each round.

I lost my walk walk/HSPU wall to an insulation project until it gets warm enough to go outside, so…beginner+ today

Lots of critiques about a boring SB game yesterday. I disagree. Love me some defenses that can throttle good offenses. And kudos to both for playing a clean game, and the refs for letting them play.
