Today’s workout is a test of barbell stamina. In the first few sets, expect a lot of rest; however, the rest will begin to disappear very soon. Reduce the load of the barbell.
To reduce the complexity of the power cleans, perform hang power cleans or dumbbell power cleans.
In case of an injury or limitation, consider sumo deadlift high pulls or kettlebell swings.

Day 55. Wanted to get some work with today's movement so did a 5-minute EMOM of 5 PC at 115# as part of warmup (was trying out a new pair of shoes too). Did the Murph reps Cindy style and added a 35# sandbag to the first 3 rounds of squats, but stopped with the sandbag there after deciding it was a bit much for today. I am deconditioned for this right now, but it was a good test of the knees and left shoulder with the added weight of the PC through the whole thing.
Half Murphy’s in that kind of time? Not what most would call deconditioned!
