For max reps:
Tabata bike calories
Rest 1 minute
Tabata squats
Rest 1 minute
Tabata bike calories

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight intervals.

Post total calories/reps for each exercise to comments.


Scaling:
All athletes should be able to perform today’s tabata intervals. Go hard and accumulate as much work as possible throughout all 24 intervals.

Maybe could've done a tad more on the early rounds of the echo 🚲

Bike cals were on a Hammer Strength version of an Assault/Echo bike, so not so sure how accurate it was, and it just became too much to keep track of cals in individual work periods for that so only recorded total cals. Squats broke down: 16-16-14-13-14-14-13-15. That was harder than I expected - legs started feeling a little jelly by the end of the 2nd work period of the 1st Tabata and only got worse from there.
